To meet our strategic goals, we are investing in a substantial analytics and knowledge platform, something we like to call 2e-CRM, that captures knowledge in a structured and testable form which can be used for both strategic and operational purposes as well as investing more in our own research activities, developing proofs of concept in conjunction with technology partners and, increasingly, with our top clients.

2e-volve prides ourselves on the quality of personnel that has taken the company to where it is today. As in any industry, good people are hard to find. which is why 2e-volve not only employ fully qualified personnel, but also its' own training scheme. This will take people who have the right passion and drive and put them through the appropriate training courses, and over time enrich the working culture of 2e-volve.

With too many years in the business to count, the 2e-volve management team combines experiences from small business through to the corporate environment in order to form the strong management structure that leads 2e-volve.

The management team contains Masters Degrees in both IT and Marketing which complement the skill set that is essential in this ever changing market, as well as qualifications in Sales, Accounting and Microsoft Specialist qualifications.

As you would expect, all of the members of the IT Team are Microsoft Certified, and due to the diverse nature of the technical environment that they operate in also hold a range of specific qualifications.

Every member of our IT Team are 3CX Certified Professionals and are able to deliver VOIP solutions. These qualifications are complementary to the Microsoft Professionals on the team as well being Small Business Server Specialists allows for a first class support service.

Following the 2e-volve tradition of qualified personnel, the Creative Team are all degree qualified, as well as combining a multitude of skill sets. Our Creative Team have Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Graphics Design, Computer Science, Programming, Web Design and Development as well as product specific qualifications such as Adobe Certified Expert.

As 2e-volve is a Microsoft Certified Partner, it is inevitable that we also have a number of Microsoft Qualifications such as Developing and Implementing Microsoft based Applications with Visual C# and .Net.
