Corporate Responsibility

We consider ourselves part of Stirling and the Forth Valley, and we ensure to give as much to the community as we can.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that we, as an organisation, have an obligation to consider the interests of customers, our communitiy and the environment in all aspects of our operations.

This obligation is seen to extend beyond our statutory obligation to comply with legislation. This is closely linked with the principles of Sustainable Development, which argues that companies like ourselves should make decisions based not only on financial factors such as profits or dividends, but also based on the immediate and long-term social and environmental consequences of their activities.

We take this responsibility very seriously.

Recently, we have taken our Computer Recycling programme to a new level with our partnership with Worldvision, which resulted in us actively partipating in recycling PCs and peripherals for use in the developing world. We feel that taking steps now to reduce electronic waste and increase IT-awareness in various states around the world will reap benefits for the generations to come after us.

We also take an active interest in the local community - our pro bono work for Stirling County Rugby Club is now in its third year, and has brought both parties a great deal over that time. We are always on the lookout for ideas and initiatives that bring us closer to the community - since they are our customer base.
